Who We Are
Genie Lauria's expertise as a human resources contractor partnering with both
public and private sector clients encompasses recruitment and retention, policy development and compliance, acquisition integration, payroll administration, FMLA, workers compensation and benefits administration.
Her grant work includes grant research, writing and administering
the full-cycle grant process from pre-award strategy to post-award financial reporting.
Genie earned a Master’s Degree in Human Resources
Management from Chapman University, California.
Who We Are
Joe Lauria's experience as a professional engineer in multiple states includes directing and managing major engineering projects in the water sector across the United States with an emphasis on collaborative and design/build delivery systems.
His business development strategies successfully secured multi-million-dollar engineering projects for a variety of companies in the A/E/C field.
Joe is personally responsible for over $1 billion in built infrastructure.
Joe brings both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Manhattan College.
